"First time here. Cute hotel. Seems convenient and definitely would be hopping in summer months, but I’m definitely ok with the quiet. The restaurant Shoreline kitchen and bar service was great. :) Food tasty, waitress attentive. Front desk could be more friendly, but they were all by themselves, so checking in, answering phone, etc with no assistance. All in all, it has been good thus far, albeit three hours in, and we are only staying overnight. "

"The gentleman at the front desk is quite rude and condescending. The women are very pleasant but not knowledgeable or helpful. The hotel is beautiful but the service is not what I’m used to staying at a Hilton."
